This is B.Chad's favorite article of clothing, purchased while working at F.W. Woolworth's in Northeast Philadelphia late in 1974. About the same time, the time of his mother's death, he composed an Alphabet Poem which rises above most of his other efforts and therefore intrudes itself upon the reader's attention.
His Muse must have been with him when he was working at Woolworth's because B.Chad also wrote something called "About the Fight." Though B.Chad had, in fact, had a fight with his father at the time, this poem is literally about a championship fight that Muhammad Ali fought in Zaire.
