Question to Panelists: USA vs Great Britain and Chile

Many experts opposed to privatization in any form say that even if the concept has been successful in foreign countries such as Great Britain and Chile, it is not applicable to the USA because this country is too different in size, traditions, political system, economics, etc.
How would you respond to this objection to privatization? Thank you.
