To Mr. Kolbe and Mr. Stenholm: I thank the panelists who are participating in this conference, and I hope when all is finished that I can understand this issue a bit more in "layman's" terms. I am a Democrat, but notice there are not many Democrats on your panel. Why is this? And, what are the political chances of reforming Social Security this year, before it is too late?
