Thank you, Mr. Gebhardtsbauer, for creating the comparison table and directing our discussion to one specific package at a time.  These are both helpful ways to analyze and discuss reform options.

Please be sure to include, among the bills to be analyzed and discussed, H.R. 874, the Individual Social Security Retirement Accounts Act of 1999.  This bill was introduced February 25, 1999 by Rep. John Porter (R-IL), and co-sponsors including Rep. Sanford.
