In reviewing most of the discussions taking place it occured to me that access to the net is limited by equipment and the desire of obtaining a disposable piece of technology, i.e. a computer, by the general public.
Perhaps one way is to establish partnerships with the banking industry because they have teller machine locations that provide 24 hour access.
With all the dollars that are currently being discussed the placement of up to date interactive computers placed in the ATM locations throughout the country.
