Denise Battaglia

Denise Battaglia is Chief of the Community Involvement Section in U.S. EPA Region 5's Office of Public Affairs. She has almost ten years of community involvement experience working on a variety of sites in the Superfund program. Denise recently coordinated efforts to develop and implement a public participation plan for an environmental assessment demonstration project in Eastern Europe. She holds a M.A. in Journalism/Public Affairs and a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism.
