Marsha
Minter is a Special Assistant in the Office of the Administrator at the US EPA in Washington, DC. She is the Administrator's liaison and provides guidance and advice on significant issues concerning civil rights, environmental justice and hazardous waste management. An experienced project manager and team leader with more than 10 years of combined experience in management, public involvement, training, advocacy, consensus building, facilitation and mediation, communications and outreach.

Before government, I worked in public and commercial television and with
child welfare and communications non-profits. I am a Buddhist, a
grandmother and re-emerging artist.

Mary Popkin is a Senior Enviromental Employee (SEE) working under a grant
in the Office of Communications' Public Liaison section at USEPA. Staff
there work with headquarters personnel of non-governmental, special
interest, organizations. Mary works with labor, educational, youth and
senior groups. The SEE program is unique to EPA. Through it, people over
55 help support EPA's mission in assignments that match their skills and
experiences with Agency priorities.
