PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT IN EPA DECISIONS

A National Dialogue convened by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
and hosted by Information Renaissance
with additional support from The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation

Reading Messages

  • Click on the sand dollar on the welcome page or the agenda page to view messages in the day's discussion.

  • Messages are indexed in three ways: by date, subject and thread.

  • The date index lists messages in the chronological order in which they were received. The subject index provides an alphabetical list of the titles provided in the "Subject:" line of each submitted message.

  • The thread index is a key organizing feature for this Dialogue. Each thread groups together messages with a unique "Subject:" line and all messages that were posted as replies to such messages.

  • Each day of the Dialogue focuses on a particular topic. To avoid dealing with a bulky index containing all messages that have been posted throughout the Dialogue, you can select indices that deal with a particular topic. Use the popup menu on any index page to make such a selection.

  • Each message page has hot links at the top and bottom that enable you to return to the Date, Subject or Thread indices and arrows that move you to the next or previous message in any of these indices.
