Thank you all for joining the Money and Politics Dialogue. I know you
spent hours each week preparing for the discussion, reading and
crafting messages. Some of you told me that even though you weren't
sending in messages you were still reading and thinking along with
the group. I'm glad you all wanted to be here!

As you know, this is one of many Money and Politics forums being held
in communities throughout the country. The National Issues Forum will
compile the results of the Pre and Post Forum Questionnaires, review
the participants' deliberations and produce a report on what citizens
around the country are saying about the issue. Make sure your
responses are included and complete the Post-Dialogue Questionnaire
http://www.info-ren.org/network-democracy/map/join/mappost.shtml. When the
final report on the NIF Money and Politics dialogues is available we
will put a link on this Web site and notify you by e-mail.

We have a great opportunity and a great challenge to use the the
Internet to support the exchange of information, communication,
collaboration and understanding. The Money and Politics Dialogue
introduced new elements toward achieving these goals. Please complete
our Wrapup Evaluation
http://www.info-ren.org/network-democracy/map/join/mapwrapup.shtml and tell us
what you thought about the online discussion. Based on your comments
we'll make changes in future Dialogues. This is very important to us,
so please help us out!

One day online Dialogues will routinely bring together lawmakers,
subject experts, and citizens to exchange information, share
perspectives and consider solutions -- providing a rudder for our
democracy. Thank you all for contributing to this collaborative and
evolving process!
