Yes, Vivian, I see the difference but I don't get your point and I believe that you have missed my point as well.

Since I don't know how to rephrase it I can only say that I wish the advocates of reform would control their altrueistic lets-do-something-even-if-it's-wrong-at-least-we-have-good-intentions attitude.

I sympathise with it but I think it is wrong headed.

Please, folks, let's not do further harm.
