Post Forum Questionnaire

Thank you all for joining our Dialogue on Money and Politics. It's
hard to believe the two weeks are already over!

When you registered to join this Dialogue you completed a Pre-Forum
Questionnaire and now we ask that you complete the Post-Forum
Questionnaire.

This discussion on Money and Politics is one of hundreds of issues
forums that are being held in fact-to-face gatherings throughout
the country. Each year the National Issues Forum reports the results
of these forums to members of Congress, the media and the public
in Congressional briefings, a public television program called "A
Public Voice" and a printed report that will be available on the
NIF website. We want to be sure the results from this forum are
included in these reports.
