Here's What Some Think- What Do You Think?

This is a difficult part of the forum-- to try to look back and think back
over the deliberation of the past days-- and to reflect on what you have
heard the group saying about this issue.  But it is good to try.  In
addition to verifying what others might also believe they have heard, it
helps to give some closure to the process.

Here are some possible areas of common ground for action that some
participants have identified:

- A lack of trust in the system
- Too much time spent raising money
- Money increasing access to politicians
- Money influencing decisions
- That the present system is not working well because of the influence 
  of money
- That there are two general voices heard in this forum:  one that is
  interested in shrinking regulations and one that is interested in more, or
  at least better regulations
