An AP article in today's paper said the the Iowa House unanimously approve a measure to make false information in politcal materical a crime. It make it a crime to say things that a candidate "knows to be untrue, deceptive, or misleading."
I wouldn't be surprise if this will have constitutional problems like other reforms.
