The role of lobbyist in political campaigning is essential to the process. A lobbyist is a political go-getter, in a sense; he or she pushes his/her voice until it her heard. Everyone should feel strongly enough about issues in their lives to lobby at some point. Instead of criticizing the role of the lobbyist from looking at the small picture, we should observe the whole scope of things and be able to see that one person's voice can and will make the difference.
