Many of you have expressed concern that the citizens no longer have a voice. You have also lamented that citizens "just give up and do not participate in voting or volunteering for campaign work or even become informed about the issues and the candidates."

How does Choice 2 move us toward the goal of increased voter participation and engagement? Would an increased role for citizens in the ballot initiative and referendum process help to address that concern?
