One concern of our present campaign finance system is the great influence that campaign contributors have over politicians. However, even if we limit the amount allowed to be given, organizations and individuals can still excercise great power. There will be those people who can afford to give the full amount, and therefore hold greater influence over our representatives than those who cannot afford to give any. Thus, public funding seems to be a solution. Let the common people help fund elections, and help give them the influence over our politicians.
