Al,
I've taken the time to study what you are proposing, and it seems to be a well thought-out idea. It makes sense, in this information age, though it still sounds a bit "futuristic" to me. I don't have all the technological expertise that you apparently do. But I watch C-Span and C-Span II faithfully, and I can see where you are going with that idea. We are now embarked on the new millenium, time for a change! This sounds like it could well be the way our government will conduct it's business in the future. Once set up, it could offer incredible savings, once set up. No need for Congressmen and their families to uproot and move to Washington, no need for all the flying back and forth at taxpayer expense. And all those poor unemployed lobbyists back in Washington..... D.H.
