Critiquing media cover of EPA news

As a press officer in EPA's Mid-Atlantic Region, it seems to me that critiquing media coverage of EPA and environmental issues could provide an informal analysis of evaluating public involvement. How the media covers a particular issue can sometimes provide a mirror of how the public perceives the issue and how the public is involved in an issue.
