I think the daily summaries speak for themselves; they contain the lessons EPA should learn about Public Involvement Policy making. There is no need to list the lessons again here. If EPA were to incorporate most of the input from the daily summaries into its practices with respect to Public Involvement, I think the public would be mighty pleased.
Dialogue Logistics
EPA needs to get to figure out how to get information about a dialogue into the hands of and from people who don't have computers. Participants might sign up for various sessions, and then if no one signs up for a session, other than panelists, you don't hold that session. The dialogue should be longer per issue; one day is not long enough to discuss adequately, expecially if you're trying to encourage folks who are 'off-line' or writing at night to participate.
