In response to your question about EPA's federal advisory committees, go to the web site,   http://www.epa.gov/ocem   
On the left hand side of this web page for the Office of Cooperative Environmental Management, there is a button which reads, "EPA FACA Committees."  This will bring you to reports concerning all Federal Advisory Committtee Act (FACA) committees and to a listing of these committees.  Click on the first report entitled,"Status Report on EPA Advisory Committees."  This is a good overview of the various committees.  You can also click on the listed committees themselves for information on specific committees.  If you have further questions you can contact me. If  your questions are very specific to a committee, I will forward you to the EPA Designated Federal Officer responsible for that committee.
