Good point, Andrea. I agree whole heartedly. In fact ministers in this region have been very proactive with respect to environmental preservation. They are catalysts for change, and should indeed be approached by the EPA public involvement team and offered education about ongoing issues, especially as they regularly share their knowledge with their constituents.
