  • X-topic: Introductions/Goals

For the most part (99 times out of 100), we have been
putting messages online in the exact order in which they
are received. The few exceptions have been caused by
glitches in our system - confusion on the part of our
personnel or our machines. One such glitch led to the
delay of the last four messages posted. We apologize to
the people who posted these messages for this delay.

We were able to discover this problem because one of
the posters asked where his message had disappeared.
If you have any questions about the operation of the
system used to produce the Dialogue, please let me
know. Your questions and comments will help us to
build a better system.

Thanks,
