The dialogue is informative and we appreciate your comments. Please note that EPA is constantly improving its communications
processes. Specifically, we need your feedback this afternoon about the following issues:

1) Are there any organizations that EPA should emulate in terms of effective information sharing?

2) What works best for non-electronic communications in national and local situations?

3) How can EPA evaluate whether its information is getting out to concerned citizens (other than formal surveys)

4) How can EPA help bridge the digital divide (see #2)

5) What about community colleges as potential repositories for EPA information?
