Hello. I am Amalie Diab-Lipstreu, a concerned citizen and graduate student. I agree with Fred Stoss, we must have an understanding of the science, technology and policy. We must have more education about the issues to have MEANINGFUL public participation. To make people aware of issues without connecting the information to prior knowledge or understanding in a meaningful way will not be fruitful. Can EPA provide more background information?
