My name is John McArdle. I am Director of the Alternatives Research & Development Foundation. ARDF is concerned about the new chemical testing programs initiated by the EPA and the types of tests that will be selected for those programs. In particular we are concerned about how decisions are made on such tests, within the EPA, and how best to participate in that process, to be certain that all possible alternatives are considered.
