Good afternoon. I'm Larry Woodson with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control Public Participation Program. I have been engaged in public participation for over 10 years. I look forward to the exchange of ideas and hope that the dialogue represents diversity of thought and background, not too skewed to the public participation professional.
