It makes absolutely no sense to me that the government is considering putting adult education under the community college system. Are the colleges now getting into giving people high school diplomas, and ESL (which has been taught for many many years in the high schools as a lead-in to a high school diploma)? This appears to be a political move to give the community colleges more funding in an underhanded way.
