Who should be in charge of
curriculum - - - - a subject matter expert.
finances - - - - - a person who has student achievement and not administrator comfort as priority #1.
testing - - - - - someone who truly understands what testing is and how to interpret the results.
campus control - - someone who does not see the school as the solution to all of society's problem - but rather as an educational institution. Someone who sees a teacher as a person who has knowledge and skills and has the ability to pass them along - not as a commando.
