Thanks to Phil for the encouraging comments regarding the concept of Learning Communities. I'd be interested in knowing how you obtain administrative support for this type of coordinated program. Given the concern with retention and profitable class size, do you have any particular strategies that you use to garner administrative support for collaborative learning environments.
