RE: Question 3: Partnerships with business

Partnerships with business would help students in their transition to work by preparing them more on what is actually out there versus what they have read. It will help them choose the environment in which they are most comfortable and understand that each workplace has a personality of its own. This will positively help employers with retention and reduce ramp up time and expense of training thus enhancing to option of hiring youth.
