Nancy,
May be you just had a bad experience. You are saying:
..trust, which can be difficult for data-oriented people to give.
Most of us (89.12% as a matter of fact) find it easy to trust.
We call it HYPOTHESIS and, I admit, we do come back and verify.
Often we find trust was it was misplaced . (That's why we score 7.6 on the gulibility scale (1 to 10) in California.)
But we still come back and trust. Please, do not give up
on the data people.
