This seminar has been very interesting and in some ways helpful. It did not simplify things as much as I had hoped. What I did pick up was that other people are as confused as I. Further other libraries have small telecommunications expenses and are doubtful of the benefits of this discount. In the end, I do have a somewhat better understanding of the e-rate discounts.
