The Pottsville Free Public Library as well as the other public libraries in the Pottsville District are part of the Schuylkill Consortium with the School districts in the area. This was established quite some time ago. It has not been investigated whether this consortium will also work together in regards to the Universal Service discount program. We rely on the Intermediate Unit for technology support.
