Our District Library Center Consultant has offered to help us write our Technology Plan, and Commonwealth Libraries has given us a model. We lack the technological expertise on staff to know the universe of what is, or is becoming, available. My only source for that info is vendors. I wish for a more objective source of information on networking solutions for a rural county with dispersed population and scant resources.
