Do I understand correctly that Tech Plans which have been approved by the state for the Technology Literacy Challenge Fund grant will be grandfathered as ok for the e-rate grant even if they do not contain a technology inventory? (Because we did a survey as part of the Link to Learn application process last year?) I believe I heard John Bailey say that at Harrisburg earlier this month.
