How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: notice on Web site

My experience in this area:

Project Manager for the only Independent Telecommunications Mangement Organization in PA. We advise Hospitals, School Districts, Private Schools and Industry how to increase technical efficiency and reduce telecom operating cost.

What I hope to learn:

We feel before you can learn something you must be exposed. I personally and professionally am looking forward to gaining insight on the issues schools are in need of being met. We have found that most schools are being lead with incorrect information about data technology and spending thousands of dollars a month instead of $50.

Additional comments:

It is a difficult challenge for us to be turning away schools that need our help because of the recent demands. Our management ability and constant referals have placed us in a position were we are trying to increase or staff to meet with each school district requesting our assistance.
