My experience in this area:

I represent the interests and concerns of US Netway an Internet Service Provider located in Northeastern PA. I have been working closely with numerous schools to help them to develop technology assessments and telecommunications networks.

What I hope to learn:

I would like to learn more about the specific guidelines/requirements of the technology plans to be submitted for approval for participation in the Universal Service Fund Program, as well ass the status of the application process. I also have questions concerning the calculation of discounts for private schools(without school lunch programs) and how libraries can determine the technology plan most suitable to the educational services they offer.
