How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: word of mouth

My experience in this area:

US Netway is a regional Internet Service Provider serving business and education throughout Eastern PA. We work closely with schools to assist in the acquisition of funding necessary for the successful integration of technology into the curriculum. My experience is in the classroom - I have been a teacher in PA and MD for several years. I have experience in technology funding, training, and classroom use.

What I hope to learn:

I would be most interested in keeping abreast of what the primary concerns are of PA schools and where they currently stand in regards to preparedness for E-Rate application. I have been working for many months on USF subsidies and have recently held a panel discussion in Harrisburg to which numerous school throughout US Netway's service territories attended.
