I have been the Director of this small, rural library for seven years and I feel I understand the needs of rural libraries and the rural public.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn exactly what this will mean to our libraries and how we can best take advantage of the discounts. Our money is limited and when we can find a savings in one area, it helps us to provide a service in a different area.
