My experience in this area:

As the the director of a medium sized public library with a very limited budget serving an economically distressed community, I can offer the perspective of attempting to cope with the concern that the economically poor are rapidly becoming the informationally poor.

What I hope to learn:

How to avail ourselves of the most affordable technology in this electronic informationa age. Since my library will qualify for a 90% discount when the Universal Fund becomes available - it is important that I am prepared to apply for funds.
