How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: personal e-mail message

My experience in this area:

As president of a major telecommunications trade association, I've had a long interest in distance education and the utilization of various electronic media toward productive societal gains. PCTA has a staff member (VP/Gov't Affairs Brian Barno) who served on the PUC's Universal Service Task Force. I currently serve as an officer of both the Pa. Information Highway Consortium and the Pa. Distance Education Consortium.

What I hope to learn:

Hope to monitor the quality of the information being circulated and learn the lastest developments in terms of how the Universal Service Fund is being implemented. Would also like to gather information to share with PCTA's members.
