My experience in this area:

I have been a classroom teacher in Florida with phone access since 1992. I am now a coordinator of teachers writing curriculum for distance learning courses at Montana State University. I am aware of access needs and the constraints of several levels of the education community.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn how this directly effects classroom teachers and their students. I hope to learn if we have any type of real power to have input that means anything.
