My experience in this area:

I am the technology coordinator of my school, plus I cowrote the Link to Learn grant application for my cluster (of ten schools). I am working hard to have at least a partial network in all ten schools by March 1997, and am assisting in developing and guiding a 40-person leadership group to move technology forward in our Cluster.

What I hope to learn:

There seems to be a misunderstanding in the Cluster about the purpose of the eRate, so I would like to gain clarification. And I am very interested in what this would mean for schools that have a LAN and would like internet access. And how will the School District of Philadelphia fit in to all this?
