How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: flyer in U.S. mail

My experience in this area:

The Internet research lab is located in my library so my experience with the technology is growing. I work closely with our computer technician as well and want to be aware of how we can upgrade our current system

What I hope to learn:

I want to know how I can get inexpensive telecommunications services for my students and teachers who depend on it to complete their assignments, to stay on top of the educational world information and to teach classes.

Additional comments:

I strongly believe these services should be free to the educational community as soon as possible.
