How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: word of mouth

My experience in this area:

My background includes working with libraries to establish various levels of automation services for various types of library patrons. I know what happens when an organization's dedication to provide good service is thwarted, or worse, by rapidly dimenishing funds. These experiences, along with a genuine interest in the FCC mechanisms, give me both a concern and an understanding for some of the issues at hand.

What I hope to learn:

I look forward to the opportunity to aggressively study the issues to be addressed in this seminar.
