My experience in this area:

I am a public library director providing Internet access to the public and to my staff through a wide area network created by the Montgomery County Library & Information Network Consortium (MCLINC). I am also vice-president of the consortium.

What I hope to learn:

I am the director of a public library that is a member of a consortium that is providing the library's telecommunications and Internet access. I want to learn everything I can to help the library and the consortium qualify for the discount. I would hope to make regulatory authorities aware of the needs of a consortium of public libraries.
