My experience in this area:

I have been working with students and adults in the field of technology since the state of Pa began working with teachers. I also teach teachers in technology and would like very to learn about this Universal Service.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to be able to understand the working of "E-rate" and hope to be able to receive some assistance for our school as well as assist other schools in their needs.
