My experience in this area:

I have several years of experience in education (at the college level) and in using the Internet for learning and teaching; currently I'm involved in the technical side of networking, so between teaching experience and network experience I might have something to contribute.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn what the current state of people's expectations are for application of universal service for telecommunications in Pennsylvania. Hope also to learn more about how online seminars work! And I hope to make some contribution to the discussion and further the goals of building up a body of useful and accessible information.
