Our school district is part of a L2L Testbed and has implemented a fiber WAN over ~1,000 square miles.

What I hope to learn:

The schools and libraries in Clinton County, and in the testbed region hope to be able to take advantage of the e-rate. I hope to learn how to apply for funding.
