How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: notice on Web site

My experience in this area:

I have approximately 20 yrs. in all areas of telecommunications. I also serve on the Board of Trustees of a private college here in Ohio. I consult on a regular basis with those that do work for local school systems in Ohio. I am also very familiar with school net here in Ohio and even more familiar with the FCC's order regarding Universal service.

What I hope to learn:

I want to know what I can do to help public and church supported secondary schools take advantage of the Universal Service Pool of funds. Secondary schools need to prepare for advanced telecommunications.
